John offers private instruction in guitar, bass guitar, and beginner piano from his home studio in West Rutland, Vermont. He has taught hundreds of students over the past thirty three years from the ages of 5 to 85 and has also taught in the Rutland School system for the past few years. With his people oriented manner he enjoys instilling a passion for the various types of music his students are interested in.
John offers classical music theory, reading and writing of musical notation as well as the latest that web technology has to offer. He has a high success rate in leading students to a lifelong love of music. With his patient and relaxed approach to teaching people of all ages and levels, he has helped them achieve their musical goals and more. John offers private lessons for $20 a half hour or $40 for a full hour. |
